Attach is a url for another Ansys discussion where I posted the details about this model. the only thing I did differently this time was that I made the glass, steps and walls a single body such that a contact region wasn't created by the program. n

Multiple blocks with non conformal does make the meshing easier, but isn't worth all the hassles most of the time. If you didn't revise the size settings the new mesh may not be as good. nViewing 3 reply threads
