How to create s-parameter sweep file

  Hi, I am attempting to create an sweep s-parameter file similar to the one shown here: https://support.lumerical.com/hc/en-us/articles/360036107934-The-S-parameter-sweep (Sparam_taper.txt). In my case, I would like to create a sweep s-param file for a waveguide bend, where the sweep parameters are the x and y spans of the bend. Is there a utility or script command for creating this type of file, or do I have to create it via a custom script?

  Thank you for the post. Do you already have the simulation results for the waveguide parameter sweep? When you have the sweep results, there are a couple of ways you can build the PCell model using the s-parameter. You may use a script to generate the s-parameter and this is the recommended way. Please let me know which step are you at now and I can help you from there.

  Hi gwang Yes, I have the simulation sweep results (just a simple length sweep, recording the s-params and group delay). I started working on a script to compile the sweep s-param file but it is still in progress. If there is an existing script or an example I could follow, that would be great. Thanks.

  I dug up a bit and seemed like we don't have an available script for that readily. Please try to write up the script and elt me know if you see any problems and we can help there.
