It would be very difficult to identify issue at the wing tip just by looking at the images. As ANSYS Staff, we can not download attachments. nOthers can pitch in and check your geometry to give suggestions. nThere are few videos on ICEMCFD blocking on net. You can go through those videos. Creating block mesh for such geometry is very time consuming.
