How to create surface from irregular profile in ICEM CFD?

In ICEM CFD.
For the simple regular profile (right figure), it's easy to create surface by simple surface method.
For the irregular profile (left figure), i can not find a way to do that. Please help.

If it is planar then you can use Simple Surface.
For geometry related operations, SpaceClaim is recommended.
