How to customize inital condition for FLUENT in the latest ANSYS?

  I am running ANSYS 2018 workbench with FLUENT, pressure based transient solver.
  
  say I have one boundary condition, and I run some simulation, I got some result.
  
  Now I want to use the last snapshot of the above simulation, as the initial condition for my new simulation,
  
  which is using a different boundary condition. Since everything is trasient, I think it is doable but I don't know how to set it up?

  You need to read up on interpolations files if the mesh is different (same geometry). Or just change the bc and carry on running.
