I'm running a transient analysis for a big model in ansys workbench and it takes about 24 hours to solve and during the solution it requires about 30 GB free space on the HD, so How can I reduce this?

If you know your model is going to run to completion, may be you can play around with the settings shown here:
Also, go to your solve directory and make sure you delete all the scratch files? Search google for the following:
