How to define common temperature from a temperature profile

  We can see in the above figure temperature pattern.Starting from 49.1 deg c to 51.7 deg c. I need a common temperature to assign but, since this temperature is distributed over the profile in different pattern .I can't even assign them some average temp.

  Do you want to set a single temperature on an inlet? If that's the case why are you using a profile?

  Use a mass weighted average on the outlet: under the Results section of Fluent.
