How to define duration of Load steps in transient analysis?

  Hello everybody,
  
  I am trying to simulate electric scooters behavior while riding it on a bricked road. To do so I am planning to excite the system with displacement impulse load steps. I came across to some videos on youtube and it was shown how to apply pressure load steps with a given short period of time (some old version of APDL). When I tried to create load steps with load duration I couldnt find time/frequency option under Load Step Opts. But in the video, tutor could enter the duration of the load under Load Step Opts > Time / Frequency > Time and time steps. I followed same steps but no luck. Can anyone tell me if the menu changed in Ansys APDL 2019 or I am still missing something?
