how to draw an object from a reference point from other object..?

hi, I want to draw a rectangle that can change it's position with a reference point from other rectangle, I want to define variables for only first rectangle, and other object will move according to the reference points on that rectangle , any suggestion..?
You can create two relative coordinate systems, one for the first rectangle and the other for the second rectangle. You can use variables to define the origin position for the first relative coordinate system and use it as reference CS for the second coordinate system. In this way, you can move the first rectangle as per your need and the second rectangle would move accordingly.
