How to extract reports of each particle trajectories using DPM on Fluent

      Hi,

I am running a DPM model using a group injection of 100 streams at the inlet of the pipe. I am able to extract the step-by-step report of only one particle however to a .dpm file.

The aim of this is to see the percentage of particles that hit the pipe floor at any given length. Is there a way to get the report of every single particle injected into a single file?

      Thank you.

I think you rather do a sampling on that pipe floor boundary and you will have the stats of all particle hitting that flow. Knowing the number of particles you are injecting (streams in steady state) you can then build your ratio!

How would you sample the pipe floor boundary?

      Using Sampling in Ansys Fluent.
