SubscriberEach structure of Geometry seems to be able to select only one specific material, so how to combine the two materials into one object? For example, if I want to design a hafnium oxide/aluminum oxide laminated (HAOL) gate dielectric, how can the electrical parameters of these two materials be simultaneously assigned to a structure?

Ansys EmployeeHi,
Could you please elaborate on how this feature would be helpful? At each point in the simulation region only a single value for a material property is used by the solver. So you should be able to account for that with one of the two materials (and objects) or an object with a new effective material property (which will be user input).
