How to get two different materials in the same structure in Lumerical?

Each structure of Geometry seems to be able to select only one specific material, so how to combine the two materials into one object?  For example, if I want to design a hafnium oxide/aluminum oxide laminated (HAOL) gate dielectric, how can the electrical parameters of these two materials be simultaneously assigned to a structure?

      Hi,
Could you please elaborate on how this feature would be helpful? At each point in the simulation region only a single value for a material property is used by the solver. So you should be able to account for that with one of the two materials (and objects) or an object with a new effective material property (which will be user input).
