How to import a data file (excel, txt or csv)to Fluent or CFD-Post?

      Hello, all

I have a transient data file in fluent. (1s ~ 300s), first image is 1 second

      1. Can I import a data file (excel, txt, or csv) to fluent?
      2. How to use this for initial condition in my geometry in fluent (interior temperature)
      3. Can I use transient data file to Interpolation?

I'm sorry to ask you a similar question. This problem too difficult for me

Create a simple model and write out an interpolation file. Compare that with what you've got in Excel. You'll need to manipulate the Excel file to mimic the interpolation file and sorted. Where is the data coming from?

Boundary condition is 2nd image and it comes from Calculation Activities (Automatic Export/ ASCII)
      thank you!

Are you after a surface boundary value (profile) or initial value (interpolation file)?

It's a volume result from surface boundary value.

You want the volume to take a value from the surface? I'm a little lost, please can you explain what you have, and what you want to do?

Check Fluent Prifile Files in the User's Guide.
