How to Improve the quality of Mesh?

  Hello,
  
  Iam Trying to do CFD calculation for a fire hydrant valve. While doing Meshing with Inflation I was able to generate the mesh with Skewness of 0.97 ( poor quality). How can I improve my mesh?
  
  I have attached the Geometry for your reference. Need your suggestions.

  Hi,
  
  1) There is a youtube video by ansys here , pretty close to your geometry.
  2) You can also try multizone meshing available in ansys icem, and example is available in icem tutorial file (at the very last).
