SubscriberIn Electronics Desktop, is there a way to link geometry between different Maxwell designs, between a Maxwell design and an HFSS design, or some other combination, without just copying and pasting or exporting the model? The idea being, you can tweak geometry in one design, and the changes are reflected in the other designs.

We could use "geometry" component link both Maxwell and HFSS in Workbench. If changing the geometry in the "geometry" component, both models would be updated at the same time.
Another way is to build project (global, with $ sign) variables for modifications and optimization of the geometry for both Maxwell and HFSS models.
