How to make a custom waveguide structure.

Hi, I'm simulating different 90 degree bends in waveguide. For eg, circular bends are availble in Lumerical structure database. Bezier bends can be modelled, with bezier poles in the script of waveguide.
But if you were to design a Euler 90 degree bend or a Hybrid 90 degree bend, as shown in images, how to model this structure in FDTD?
I tried using custom structure, but I dont know how model one with help of writing an equation there. Any info would be much helpful. Thanks
