SubscriberIn SpaceClaim, select all the outside surfaces and use Ctrl-C, Ctrl-V to copy/paste the outside faces and create surfaces.
Next convert the inner structure to midsurfaces or Beams. Finally, tie together the inner structure to the outer skin.

SubscriberCould you tell me how to "convert the inner structure to midsurfaces or Beams" and "tie together the inner structure to the outer skin"?

SubscriberMidsurface works on geometry that has a constant wall thickness. Turn off the outer skin and expose just the inner framework. Use the Midsurface button and pick each side of the wall, SpaceClaim will find all the walls of that thickness. Repeat for walls that have a different thickness. The solid body will be hidden. Use the Pull tool or the Extent tool to repair the gaps in the framework.
In Mechanical, use Bonded Contact to bond the skin to the framework.
