How to model in ansys Turbulence in a reactor with a propeller revolving

  Hello,
  
  I am a student in computational and modeling mechanic and as you can see the title of my message, I'm working on my academic project. I've never used ansys before and I want to model turbulence in a tank(reactor). When the propeller revolves by shaking the liquid(water), the turbulence is created, then the pvc particles are encrusted on the walls of the reactor. First of all, I want to know how I can make the meshing then, simulation.
  
  could you tell me how to proceed ?
  How the meshing can be made?
  
  I've already design the tank and propeller.
