Subscriber.Change the "Type" to "Move" under the Create menu => Body Operation. Choose the valve body you want to relocate. After that, choose your destination address planes. Press the create button.
When I was working on my project, I have the same issue but I solve it easily.

In Workbench, you grab the blue bar of the system you want to move and drag it to a new location.
