How to plot force vs displacement?

  Hi all, I have a model of a brace that I'm required to find out the force vs displacement values at the opening of the brace. I have set 2 remotes points that are situated on the left and right of the opening of the brace. I would like to find out how should I proceed next to find out the values of the force and displacement at the opening of the brace? Thank you.
