How to properly define ANSYS Chaboche Model

Hello, I need to define ANSYS Chaboche Model and I have some experimental data as in the picture below:
The problem that I encounter is that when I define Uniaxial Plastic Strain Test Data Ansys connects my points, and it looks weird. Can I build Chaboche model somehow on the basis of this data? How to convert it to obtain one continous hysteresis? Or maybe I should run another calculations? Please help!!
