SubscriberDear ANSYS Community,
I have built a model of an electric machine in ANSYS Maxwell with external windings in Simplorer. Now I want to control the machine in the dq System. Therefore I need the Rotor position as an variable in Simplorer (due to this it should be a global variable?) How can I read out the rotor position in maxwell and import it to my Simplorer Winding design?
Thank you for your help!
Regards

Ansys EmployeeDear Sebastian,
There are some examples about co-simulation of Maxwell and Simplorer in the example library. Click File > Examples > Simplorer > Components > Interfaces > Maxwell > TR-TR > 2D. This might be a good reference for you. You can also explore the other examples in this directory. Please let me know if you have more questions.
Thank you.
Best Regards,
Minxiang

SubscriberDear Minxiang,
Thank you very much for your reply. It helped me a lot to do an Co-Simulation. But now I have a problem regarding the dq-Currents in the Simplorer. I formalized the problem and attached the file here:

Do you have an idea?
Thank you very much!
