SubscriberHi Guys,
I am trying to replicate a study from a research paper which used ABAQUS as the software package. The author created horizntal and vertical connections between modules, in a modular building. Each link or connection consisted of three translational springs, one axial and two shear springs (shown in last snippet). Having explored the element library i cannot locate a similar component, anyone have any ideas.
Below are the original extracts from the research paper.
