How to set electrode as a ground in CHARGE

  Hi!
  
  I'm designing a slab waveguide with top and bottom electrodes.
  I want to set the bottom electrode as a ground and currently, I have set the electrical boundary condition in steady mode, sweep type: single and V=0. Is it correct?
