How to set low Reynolds number free stream boundary condition.?

  I am simulating subsonic flow over a wing at low Reynolds number around 0.5M .
  I could not find the appropriate option in fluent BC menu.
  Can I use slip wall BC? ie potential flow which has no velocity gradient normal to the wall , as the flow stream lines are parallel and having same V_infinity.
