How to simulate a simple explosion

  How to simulate an explosion in explicit dynamics?
  In order to simulate the explosion, I insert a cad model into the geomtry and add a small block inside that model. I change the small block into C4 material and eularian reference with suppression of the connection. However, I get those three warnings and errors. How to solve that?
