How to simulate Heat transfer and Mass transfer in dehumidifier?

  Here moist air is flowing between the desiccant and only moisture is absorbed by desiccant in membrane. Membrane is such that air can't flow into desiccant and only moisture is allowed. Image is attached for the reference. So how to simulate the system?
