How to simulate melt and solididfcation time of a PCM

  hi, pls i am new to ANSYS, and i'll be needing it for a project in school. i'll like to simulate a PCM (parrafin wax) in a hollow cylinder (stationary, no flow) on fluent and get results such as it's melting and solididfication time and also temperature contours.
  
  pls how do i go about this using Fluent?

  You can use melting and solidification model for that.

  Then have a look into the Fluent Standard Tutorials to get started with Fluent.
