HPC license and HFSS GUI window

Hi All, have you encountered this situation? When launch the HFSS in HPC system, there supposed to be HFSS GUI window. But in my case, an alert window shows up and says:
Then I looked into the folder of "General Option", but got confused what this message want me to do. Do you have this kind of experience and can I get your suggestions? Thank you.
