Ansys EmployeeHi invalidz,
I think this has the same root cause of the issue in
https://forum.ansys.com/forums/topic/ansys-19-2-workbench-problem/
aside from the output of the set command, please go to Windows search (from taskbar), then type
%temp%.ansys
then look for the file that says 'demo.
.log'
Open this file up and scroll to the bottom of the file and post the screenshots of it
