SubscriberI am trying to run hypersonic flow over the reentry model in ANSYS discovery live. Approximately, How much accuracy I will get form Discovery live when running with maximum fidelity.

Accuracy and maximum fidelity are dictated by your hardware. You can find more information in this article, and from the link at the bottom about result quality.Also, I don't believe Discovery Live calculates compressible flow.

Subscriberkrishnakumar Discovery Live is only a mildly compressible fluids solver. The calculations are valid up until about Mach 0.3
