Cannot merge bodies. (Operation failed because the faces and edges would combine in a way that does not form a valid solid or surface.)

Hello SandorToaso I am also seeing similar behaviour, I am discussing it with the developers and the team. I will get back to you as soon as possible. Sorry for the trouble, since the issue is unusual it is getting difficult to pinpoint the reason.

      Regards.

      Hello SandorToaso

I tried with two different ways, the way referred in the video is not at all ideal, but in case this issue is hampering your work, please proceed with this. Also, I checked with Discovery Model mode, and it is working as expected without any problem, hence it could just be an issue with SpaceClaim, I will investigate this further and let you know if there is any better workaround.

      Regards.

      Hello SandorToaso

If you right-click on the geometry and do check geometry, zoom to fit,

Body contains non manifold vertex. If you delete this faulty face, and try combining, it combines it well.

      Regards.
