I cannot open the Live Help page.

  I click the upper right button "?", but I cannot open the Live Help page. And the message is displayed "We're sorry, the page cannot be found". See the attaced file. What is wrong?

  As mentioned in the 2020R1 Release notes (below image), the translated versions of the Help has not yet been published. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
  
  I have shared with you a Japanese offline version of the 2020 R1 Help for Discovery Live via secure transfer. Please check and let me know if you require any further assistance.
