I can’t to do pull in one piece

  Hello,
  I want to pull the plate to the right but the program don't let me, when I click on the plate, it is not enabled in yellow to perform the action, it does not let me click on that piece. Would you know how to tell me why, please? i just let me pull on the back piece only...

  Right click on SYS-16 on the tree and "activate component"
  Then use the pull tool
  Right now, Air is the active component shown in bold letters.
