I can’t upload a *.jou file because it’s not a valid extension…

As the title says, I can't upload a *.jou file because "File extension not allowed". Kinda dumb since that's the default extension of a fluent journal file and most of my journal files are too large to copy/paste in a post.

Put the .jou file inside a .zip file.  Those are allowed to be Attached and would be smaller than the .jou file.

Journal files aren't that big. Zipping it brings it from a 4KB to 1.5KB. I just added ".txt" file extension and that worked too.

There's probably a rule somewhere about file types. I'll mention it internally.

To conclude: it's a security feature as IT are (justifiably) paranoid.
