SubscriberWhen I tried to open 'Setup' to set boundary conditions for my mesh through Workbench 2023 R1, Fluent just stopped like the pictures below. And when I tried opening Fluent 2023 R1 by running with administrator, I got the error message like the picture above.
I used the methods shown in this link https://forum.ansys.com/forums/topic/the-fluent-application-failed-to-validate-the-connection-what-to-do/
, but it doesn't work.

Ansys EmployeeThe date format looks to have broken, but not sure if that should cause a problem. What parallel/gpu options are picked in the launcher?

Ansys EmployeeCan you try a new working directory, eg c:/test or similar. The "W" character in the path doesn't look right, and I know even the regionalised versions of the code struggle with a few non-ASCII characters.

Ansys EmployeeTry the following:
Close all Fluent/Ansys Programs.
Open Windows File Explorer and type in the following in the address line:%APPDATA%\Ansys
This will take you to your APPDATA\Ansys directory.
You should see a directory named: v231 (Or version you are using)
Rename that directory to v231.old
Now try to run.

SubscriberThank you both, I can use Fluent now.
For students who might have the same problems in the future, I will write down rest of the error fixing progress.
According to your instructions, I renamed the directory to v231.old.
Then the error 'fl2310.exe- Entry Point Not Found' occured.
The last reply by the Deakin University student in the link https://forum.ansys.com/forums/topic/solution-to-procedure-entry-point-error-pow2o3/ helped me, which was renaming the file svml_dispmd.dll to svml_dispmd.old .
And fortunately, I can use Fluent now.
Again, I thank you both for your kind instructions. Have a good day, and I wish you luck.
