I have a floating license, how can I open the software on my WKS if I don’t have the serial number?

  It appears you may have installed an older version of the software. Please make sure you are using Discovery SpaceClaim.
  
  The Discovery installers can be found here: https://ansyskm.ansys.com/forums/topic/discovery-downloads/
  
  For SpaceClaim, you will need Discovery Standard and Essentials.
  
  In that page you will also file a link to download the ANSYS License Manager, which is required for use with an enterprise floating license for Discovery.
  
  Run the installer using Run as Administrator and make sure to select Floating for the license type when prompted.
