Ansys EmployeeHi Lux7104,
Unfortunately we cannot download attachments.
Can you paste into a post the errors you are seeing?
Also which version of the Ansys Products are you installing?
Thank you,
Jake

Ansys EmployeeHi lux7104,
Could you also copy-paste the content of the file that you attached into the post ? As jcallery has stated, we can't download file attachment.
One quick observation is the path in your screenshot shows student version is installed in a non-default path
(C:Program FilesANSYS Student as opposed to the default path C:Program FilesANSYS IncANSYS Student)
; however, the error/warning message that you show in your first post say
***** Log File: C:Program FilesANSYS Incinstall.err *****
This is the default path when you install commercial products/packages.
Could you show all the package names that you've used and are trying to install ?
Thank you,
Win

SubscriberWell, the file extension is '.err' so I can't open that file either.
that's why i asked you.
And i didn't changed any default things in install
and first post was about V17.2 i've tried several times to install ansys by changing another versions but the error has occurred each time.
that file was found in an answer given by a respondent on this site.
now i'm trying to setup the 'Ansys student 18.2' again.
in this time installed in correct path but the error is as a before.
Thank you.

Ansys EmployeeThe .err file should open in a text editor. Please can you check you have enough disk space and are running the setup file as Admin.

SubscriberExtract the files into C:Program FilesANSYS Inc and then run the setup as administrator. This should solve your problem.

Ansys EmployeeDon't extract the zipped files (installation package) into C:Program FilesANSYS Inc , just extract it anywhere else that you have executable permission, then run the setup.exe as 'run as admin'. Then, you can specify your installation directory/path to that location (this is the default path if you use academic or commercial installation packages)
Thanks,
Win
