I tried to change my simulation to implicit. The simulation has a load acting on a component...It gives me a normal termination but I was able to generate only two D3plots and the simulation is completed just in few seconds. What might be the possible reasons for this??
Thanks,March 7, 2022 at 4:03 pmImtiaz GandikotaAnsys EmployeePlease check messag/d3hsp file and see if time step and other information on implicit iterations make sense. If you don't have *control_termination defined, ls-dyna will terminate after first time step, not sure if that is the case here.

The final d3plot has the last state and first state information. When I check for the stresses in the last state, there is no stresses around the region of load application. But there are stress generated on all the trias and near the constraints applied
