I need help with installing Granta EduPack

  Hi, I need help with installing Granta Edu Pack. I am one of the staff members of University of Bradford and I have requrested a free trial for my module. I have downloaded the Ansys license manager and followed the steps. But still the Granta Edu Pack is not working. I have been in touch with Ansys for the past 2-3 months but I am afraid the customer service and steps for software installation have not been very and straightforward. Could you please assist me with this at your ealirest convience as I need this trial for my module which will take place in 2 weeks. I appreciate your help and I hope to hear back from you.
