I modified the user subroutine
mdeos_user_1.f90, wrote a custom ideal state equation, and injected energy through a custom energy deposition subroutine
SUBROUTINE EXSIE3 (DSIE).

Hi Limandinuo, temperature is calculated from internal energy and specific heat. Make sure the specific heat is not zero and has a reasonable value in your user EOS subroutine.https://forum.ansys.com/discussion/comment/99986#Comment_99986nThank you very much for your answer!!!!!!! This probelom has bothered me for a long time.ArrayI think you are right ,i should not modify the temperature directly in mdstr_user_1.f90nnBut the specific heat I set in the mdeos_user_1.f90 （equation of state） does not seem to work . So I asked a new question about thatArray . Would you please help me to answer it ? Hope it won't disturb youn the question about specific heat :https://forum.ansys.com/discussion/22860/autodyn-user-subroutine-the-specific-heat-capacity-set-in-the-modes-user-1-f90-does-not-work/p1?new=1nDecember 15, 2020 at 4:25 pmChris QuanAnsys EmployeeI posted my answer under your another postnViewing 5 reply threads
