I want to simulate a two phase liquid-liquid flow through microchannel of the order of 100 microns

  The channel has two different inlets and one common outlet. My results are not converging. Kindly please help me if anyone has any idea.n

  I'd start by checking the mesh, solver settings, models used, boundary conditions and time step. n

  Please post some images of the solution before it fails, boundary conditions etc. I've done these models before, so they do work. Note, there are no tutorials on this specific application, you need to read around and look for examples on VOF and surface tension. n
