SubscriberHi,
I want to do a simulation for a film cooling plate with structural mesh.
I want to reduce mesh number in the streamwise (x) and spanwise (z) directions at freestream zone, so I want to use overset mesh.
If I want to have LES as turbulence models, can I use overset mesh in FLUENT?
Thanks.

Ansys EmployeeHi Jimmy081 Unfortunately, LES model is not compatible with overset mesh. For more information on Overset Mesh Compatibility and Limitations, please refer to the link below.
