Im getting a big Error after Installing Ansys and Opening the Workbench

My Problem is that i just installed the Anysys Student Version twice and cannot get it running. When i open the Ansys Workbench i get a Error Message and dont know what to do. I tried the 2023 version and it did the same errror.
