SubscriberI'm trying to generate mesh on an o-give nose cone with a thickness of 2mm, but whoever I click on generate mesh I get the following message.
"The mesh generation did not complete due to poor quality elements or incorrect input. Please try meshing with another mesh method or different mesh options. "
I've attached the geometry, please guide me on how to generate the mesh.

there might be some issue with the geometry (Ansys employees are not allowed to downloads attachments, but perhaps other users can help). Since it is nose cone there might be an issue at the tip of the cone (sharp corner) and also since it s 2 mm I would just do a surface so using shell elements instead of 3D elements.
Also try to mesh with the below setting (set to No):
If you can add an inline image of the geometry then you might receive some more feedback.
