I want to import model into ApDL ansys with .sat format but after import this error Appear to me how can i fix it."Line 231 on area 59 is not on the area within a tolerance.  This area  
 could have problems in future Boolean operations.  (See the BTOL       
 command).                                        "

ANSYS Mechanical APDL solid modeling is known to have robustness issues.  It is unlikely that changing BTOL will change the problem.   Importing the SAT file into ANSYS Mechanical (workbench) and meshing it there is likely to work better.  You can then continue working in workbench or export the FEA mesh to continue Mechanical APDL.  You can try listing area 59 and line 231, deleting the area then the line and recreating them.  If any of them are shared then the shared items may also need deleted and redefined. Once you see where are 59 is at you could also go back to the CAD program and try changing the area there.

but when imported the model from work bench it appers as a nodes and elements and i can't i know the volumes or areas for the model to import the load ,how can Isolve this problem.
