Import to Fluent or CFD-post a data file done in Excel.

  This Excel file has the "node number", "x-coordinate", "y-coordinate", and "cavitation number". This "cavitation number" was determined in Excel. So, I already have an Excel file, also a txt file (already converted), and a CSV file (already converted) like this:
