I already have a geometry that was modeled, defined its properties, and meshed in Mechanical APDL. My question now is, is there a way that I can transfer the geometry with its properties to Workbench ?

Not sure if you came across the following links. If you haven't, I believe it'll help you import the geometry, mesh and the material properties.
