Importing maximum-over-time values from transient to static

  Dear Users,
  I have created a transient thermal system and connected a static structural to it. I have conducted the thermal analysis. By default Ansys imports temperature of each node at every substep, but the only results that matter in my case are the maximum temperatures reached over time.

  Hi Marcin,nnYou can use External Data module to import the necessayr data. Yo would need to have the maximum temperature data with the relevant node number and node location and then import the same into the Structural Analysis using External Data:nnnRegards,nAshish Khemkan

  Thank you for your assistance, Ashish.n~~Unfortunately, since I am using Ansys for academic purposes I do not think I have the access to the page you are referring to.~~nedit: I found a thread on our forum explaining a workaround to the link access problem.
