      Hello Roberto

The concerned team is actively working on to fix this issue. I will let you know as soon as it gets resolved. Meanwhile, did you try deactivating and then activating again from the command prompt using commands mentioned in this post? Let me know if it is not working.

        Naresh Patre Hi Naresh

The activation of the command prompt does not work, it only worked once by engaging all the client licenses and therefore they can use it in a single PC.
This is to tell you that there is also this problem if you associate only one device and take care of all the licenses

        Roberto

From the error messages, it appears that you are specifying device ID in the activation command and not the activation id. You need to specify the activation ID which starts with "Act-" after -ActivateLicenseEntitlement command. You can see the activation ID mentioned below the start and end dates.

        Roberto Hi

Even so it doesn't work because anyway there are all the spaces involved in the license and I can't dissociate them even with the promt of the commands.

It doesn't matter, I'll wait for the server to work again
