I was going through the paper  "Metalenses at visible wavelengths: Diffraction-limited focusing and subwavelength resolution imaging" And I am trying to simulate a metalens with rectangular pillars. I read about the P-B Phase condition for the circularly polarised light. I am not able to incorporate the P-B condition into my script for the correct Phase vs angle of rotation graph. Can anyone please explain to me how it's done?

If the phase is space dependent, you will need to create a such source with the phase. Please refer this example: https://optics.ansys.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034383054-Using-an-equation-to-define-the-spatial-field-profile-of-a-source-in-FDTD

The source amplitude can be uniform or also space dependent.

Did you find a way to incorporate it?

As long as you have analytical expression or computed data for the phase, you can import them by referring the above example.
